This looks great, although you need a good connection: flickr time. You pop in a couple of tags and it displays the time with people’s pictures. Have a look, seeing is better than reading!

How an earth can this sort of thing happen? Friendly fire, again? You would think that the multitude of tech weapons which are available (Tazer etc) should have been used. Someone needs to be fired, hung, drawn and quartered for this.

This is a great site - clickety click - is it not annoying when you want to contact a company and they want to charge you some astronomical sum for ringing them on a premium number? Well you can use the site to find their normal number where you won’t be shafted. Marvellous

Just picked this up off Robert Scoble’s Shared Feed from Google Reader. The post is from gaping void (Hugh MacLeod’s blog). He does the artwork for Stormhoek wine which is stocked in Thresher. From Nov 30th to Dec, Thresher are giving a frankly superb 40% off ALL wine including champagne, so that is pretty good if you fancy a tipple or ten! What you need is a special voucher which you can download from Hugh’s blog here. The thing is, they are not advertising this, it’s just word of mouth - clever.

You can now get some very interesting stats about what cameras most people use to take all the wonderful pics on flickr - have a look here at the stats. This makes fascinating reading and must be a hugely interesting to the companies who make the hardware used. Would be a nice campaign for Canon to run saying how popular their cameras are. What do you think?
One nice feature is looking at the pics which people have taken with each specific model - gives you a (rough) idea of what you could achieve. Another cool feature from flickr who are going from strength to strength - damn good job yahoo! bought them eh?!
